This book, "You Throw Like A Girl!", provides a message of love, connection and
empowerment.

Are YOU a Mom who is tired of hearing your child's coach scream remarks from the
sidelines like, "You throw like a girl!" or "You're all playing like girls!" or "Come on
Princess, catch the ball!"? I know I am! This happens to boys and girls alike and it
has been happening far too long.

Are YOU a Dad who values your wife and daughter and would like to uplift them rather
than allow people to tear them down with these statements? Join us in reframing
and reclaiming this language!

Are YOU a person who is passionate about empowering young people and would
like to jump in and help spread the message of this movement? I am so glad you
are here!

As a part of this Movement I will be creating and offering resources to help YOU
support spreading this uplifting message. I am in the process of developing a
curriculum for young people, coaches, teachers, parents, and other community
organizations who are interested in uplifting and empowering through this
movement. I will also train facilitators and provide the curriculum materials. All of this
